When we refer you to a medical provider, you’ll receive a Letter of Protection (LOP):
With an LOP from the Toscano Law Firm, the doctor agrees to wait for payment until your case is resolved.
This applies only to medical providers we refer you to with an LOP.
Any doctor or medical service you use on your own may still bill you directly.
